XYD-ABS Conductive Black 3 D Filament is a kind of functional polymer material whose processing method is plastic processing and molding processing, it mixes resin as base material with conductive additives. Conductive material has four forms generally: insulator, semiconductor, conductor and superconductor. Conductive plastic has realized the great change from insulator to semiconductor, it is the functional material that could achieve the best effect in all materials. Compared with the traditional ABS resin materials, it contains characteristics of light weight, easy to shape and adjustable resistivity and it can be design into many kinds structural materials conveniently through molecular synthesis or composition. According to its electric conductivity, this conductive material belongs to the compound antistatic conductive material, its electric conductivity varies from 103 to 105 Ω/sq, so it is suitable for printing some functional products, such as antistatic box.
