XYD-Flex consumable is thermoplastic and elastic rubber wire rod, it will become soften under a certain temperature and remains the same at room temperature. Its range of hardness is large , by changing the ratio of each reaction component, you will get products of different hardness, and the products still keep good elasticity and wear resistance under increasing hardness. The carrying capacity, impact resistance and vibration reducing performance of its products are prominent because of its high mechanical strength. Its low temperature resistance is very good, the temperature it needs to transform into glassy state is low and it still remains good elasticity, flexibility and other physical performances such as oil resistance, water resistance and bacteria resistance even under 35 degrees below zero. XYD-Flex consumable is a environmental protection material of renewable utilization and has got related certification from the Organization Of International Green Environmental Protection Material.
